DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

1. PARTIES

This Agreement has been signed between the following parties within the framework of the terms and conditions set forth below.

2. SUBJECT

The subject of this Agreement is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Law on the Protection of Consumers No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts regarding the sale and delivery of the product/service with the qualifications and sales price specified below, which the BUYER has ordered electronically via the SELLER's website www.fizyocim.com.

3. SERVICE SUBJECT TO THE CONTRACT AND PAYMENT INFORMATION

The type, duration, sales price, payment method, and invoice information of the service are as specified in the order summary approved by the BUYER during the purchase process.

• Service Duration: During the purchased package period (Monthly/Yearly)
• Delivery Method: Instant delivery in the electronic environment

4. GENERAL PROVISIONS

• The BUYER declares that they have read the preliminary information regarding the basic characteristics, sales price, and payment method of the service subject to the contract on the www.fizyocim.com website and have given the necessary confirmation in the electronic environment.
• The service subject to this contract is delivered to the BUYER or the person/organization at the address indicated by the BUYER within the period explained in the preliminary information on the website, depending on the distance of the BUYER's residence, provided that it does not exceed the legal 30-day period. Since the service is offered electronically, delivery is deemed to have occurred instantly.
• The SELLER is responsible for delivering the service subject to the contract securely, completely, in accordance with the qualifications specified in the order, and with warranty documents and user manuals, if any.
• For the performance of the service subject to the contract, it is a condition that this Contract has been approved electronically and the price has been paid in the form of payment preferred by the BUYER. If for any reason the product price is not paid or is cancelled in the bank records, the SELLER is deemed to be relieved of the obligation to deliver the product.
• If the relevant bank or financial institution does not pay the product price to the SELLER due to the unfair or unlawful use of the credit card belonging to the BUYER by unauthorized persons after the delivery of the service, not due to the BUYER's fault, the BUYER is obliged to send the product to the SELLER within 3 days, provided that it has been delivered to them. In this case, shipping costs belong to the BUYER.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The BUYER may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery of the service subject to the contract to themselves or the person/organization at the address indicated, without giving any reason and without paying any penal clause. However, within the scope of **Services performed instantly in the electronic environment or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer**, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised if the performance of the service has started. Fizyocim offers a 14-day trial period within the scope of customer satisfaction.

6. AUTHORIZED COURT

In the implementation of this agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees up to the value declared by the T.R. Ministry of Trade and Consumer Courts at the settlement of the SELLER are authorized.
