Delivery Process
Since our service is a digital SaaS platform, access to the service is provided instantly after the purchase is completed. Service access information is sent to the e-mail address provided by the user. Once the user account is created, access to all features and services specified on our platform is provided.
Return Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority on our SaaS platform. However, since we offer a digital service, our return policy applies under the following conditions:
Subscription Start Date
Our return policy comes into effect from the moment the user starts accessing the service. A refund application can be made with a written request within 7 days from the start of the subscription. In case of a refund request, whether the service has been used and the usage status will be evaluated.
Partial Refund Situations
In annual subscriptions, if a large part of the subscription period has been used, a partial refund may be made. The remaining amount is refunded after deducting the service amount provided during the usage period.
Refund Conditions
The user must apply to our support unit by documenting the payment date and service usage details. The fee refund is completed within 14 business days depending on the payment method used.
Important Note
Users can use the free trial version of our SaaS platform before the subscription starts and evaluate the suitability of the platform. Refunds resulting from user errors or false declarations may be excluded from evaluation.

- Explain your request in detail and share your payment information.
- Our support team will review your request and get back to you as soon as possible.
